PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, or refuse sales to any individual or entity at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product colours, textures, and details. However, actual colours may vary depending on device displays, lighting conditions, photography, and screen settings.

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch or delivery dates for pre-orders are indicative only and may change due to manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, or other operational factors.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and serviceability.

COD may not be available for all pincodes, products, or order values.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

568 reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, cancel, or reject any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • COD abuse
  • Excessive return activity
  • Bulk purchasing
  • Reseller activity
  • Promotional offer misuse
  • Inaccurate customer information
  • Failed delivery history

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been packed, processed for dispatch, or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Any refund arising from order cancellation shall be processed using a method determined by 568.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within India only.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, force majeure events, operational disruptions, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute grounds for compensation or liability.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within fifteen (15) days of delivery, subject to compliance with this policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags, packaging, labels, accessories, and any complimentary items must be intact.
  • Products must pass inspection and quality checks conducted by 568.

One return request or one exchange request may be made per item purchased.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

568 reserves the right to offer a replacement product, exchange, store credit, refund, or any other resolution at its sole discretion.

Approved returns may be refunded through store credit, bank transfer, or another method determined by 568.

Where a bank transfer is approved, customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. 568 shall not be liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Original shipping charges, COD fees, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, reverse logistics charges, and other non-product charges are non-refundable.

Reverse pickup and return services are subject to serviceability and courier availability.

Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to an address specified by 568.

Reverse shipping, pickup, exchange, and logistics charges may be deducted from refunds or charged separately.

568 reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.

The determination of product condition, eligibility, inspection outcome, and resolution shall be final and binding.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items shall not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Final Sale items
  • Promotional liquidation items
  • Products expressly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable

Products purchased using standard promotional codes, welcome discounts, influencer codes, or similar discounts remain eligible under the standard return and exchange policy unless otherwise stated.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Natural variations in colour, texture, weave, dye, finish, fabric characteristics, stitching, placement, and measurements may occur.

Such variations are inherent to garment production and shall not be considered defects.

Minor differences between website imagery and the delivered product may occur and shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise determined by 568.

GARMENT CARE

Customers are responsible for following garment care instructions.

568 shall not be liable for damage, shrinkage, colour transfer, fading, distortion, wear, or deterioration resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, alteration, misuse, or handling after delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs
  • Product names
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Graphics
  • Photography
  • Videos
  • Illustrations
  • Text
  • Website design
  • Marketing materials

are the exclusive property of 568 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, scraped, or otherwise used without prior written consent from 568.

USER CONTENT

By submitting reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, tags, mentions, or other content to 568, or by granting permission to use such content, you grant 568 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for marketing, promotional, editorial, commercial, and business purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 568 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any transaction with 568 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

SEVERABILITY
